| How it Works |

| Stage One - | The model 51A cleaner sifts out the Trash (husks, stalks, cobs, etc.) as the grain and fines fall through the inside screen (A) and onto the outside screens (B). The trash is then sent out a chute located at the rear of the inside cone screen (C). |
| Stage Two- | The grain and fines run along the outside screen (B) allowing the fines to fall through and the cleaned grain to exit the back end (D). |
| NOTE - if the unit is equipped with a trash removal hopper, the trash and fines are collected and removed through an inclined auger that has a discharge point 9'-10" above the ground, 5'-8" above the cleaner (tire). | |

Features: |
| 2600 BPH Capacity - with any rotary cleaner, capacity is a viable factor. Capacity will depend on the amount of foreign material to be removed and the moisture content of the grain.
The model 51A is designed to handle and 8" auger system under normal conditions. When using the optional 8" fill auger, a flow control is provided to give an even constant flow of incoming uncleaned grain. Follow this simple rule with rotary cleaners - the steeper the cleaner angle, the higher the capacity and less cleaning action - the flatter the angle, the more cleaning but less capacity. |
| 8" x 11' Fill Auger - this unit is used to feed the cleaner wand comes complete with motor mount, driven pulley, shielding, inlet hopper with wheel, flow control and winch to lift auger onto cleaner. (2HP motor and 4" pulley not furnished) |
| Trash Removal Hopper - this unit is needed when fines and trash are to be collect. It comes with it's own unloading system that uses the cleaner motor. Hopper auger and inclined auger are included. |

| Electrical Junction Box - provides switches and outlets for both motors. Quick plug-in connections facilitates movement of cleaner from one job site to another. |
