CHAIN RETURN

On 6" and 9" models the return chain is carredi on a UHMW ocvered rail, and with idler sprockets on the 12" model.

DISCHARGE

Precision fixture welded discharge seciton with 3/4" adjusting bolts (1" on 12" units), designed for precision adjustment of the chain. Large discharge opening allows for the conveyed material to be efficiently expelled without extra wear on the unit, damage to the material, or loss of power.

CONTOURED TAIL SECTION

Contoured tail section is precision formed to match the shape of the paddles. This allows for clean-out of virtually all material between batches.
